New Investors In Northern Virginia
Hey everyone! My wife and I are new investors in the Warrenton Va area. We just bought a house in Amissville and are in the process of converting the basement into a rental. We are looking to network with other investors in the area and join some local rei groups. Any recommendations would be awesome. My skill set is in management and business development, especially as it pertains to building and manufacturing. I currently work full time as a division manager for a high-end Millwork company here in nova. Our goal is to build up a rental portfolio to allow us to get out of the 9-5 and explore other business opportunities and travel more.
