Analyzing Markets - Self Storage
I am currently beginning my journey to starting a self storage investing business and am reaching out to learn the best way to analyze a market. Furthermore, what strategies have proven most successful to you and what resources do you use to help in the analysis (websites, apps, other forms of data platforms)? How do you create a list of potential markets? What are the key metrics that are important to understanding a market (population growth, job growth, etc)?
