Getting Started in real estate

Posted

I'm completely new to this site! I have done a lot of research on real estate investing and I am trying to get started now I am saving money and working on credit. My biggest issue is I can save approximately $900 a month from the job I have and that is it. That's not even $12,000 a year and I am going to need more than that to start buying properties for the down payment. I"m just curious if anybody on here has any ideas on what I can do to get creative and buy my first investment property.
