Buying land and building separately
I’m in the DFW area and it’s been extremely hard to break into the real estate industry, I have been looking for an investment property and haven’t had any luck with larger investors consuming the market.
I found a lot of land and I was wanted to see if anyone had any experience with purchasing land and building a property. Do I have to purchase the land separately and/or in cash?
