Bed & Breakfast Investors
I purchased a property to convert to a bed and breakfast an would appreciate any advice or resources on how to get started. The property is a two family upper and lower with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. The 1st floor has two maybe three possible bedrooms. The second floor has a 1 bedroom apartment and a 2nd separate room that could be a bedroom outside of the main apartment. The basement could be converted to an apartment as well.
