Starting out in Real Estate
I’m currently listening to episode 398 of the BiggerPockets podcast. I have been listening to the podcast since the first episode stating last January and I have been analyzing deals on Zillow and Realtor.com along with LoopNet and I have not found a house I can invest in. I’m starting to think my process won’t work but I don’t want to quit because successful investors don’t quit real estate.
