Getting Back to Basics in Real Estate
Hello, been a not so active Free member here for awhile.
Little about me...I owned a real estate, mortgage and insurance company and I used to invest for over 13-years. My partners and I had grown our company into two markets and then 2008 hit. I sold my interest to my partners and went into law enforcement for 5-years.
I have since rejoined the military and relocated to Annapolis, MD in 2020. I'm getting back into real estate and would like to connect with investors in the surrounding areas. Also, all my investing and real estate experience is in North Carolina and not in Maryland...so guidance in this market is greatly appreciated!
