In contract for a duplex in Columbus just east of Marion and Hungarian village. Needs total reno. Agent and GC suggested condos and selling as flip rather than rental. Does anyone know about this process in The city? What about sales of updated condos (side by side) in this part of town? Will it go for $250k a side?
