Voicemail Script

I am a beginner wholesaler and I was wondering what exactly a good voicemail script would be for callers? Here is what I currently have:

Hello and thank you for calling. You’ve reached Brian, please leave your name, phone number, property address, and the best time to call you back.

If you prefer to be contacted via email or text, please leave your email address and what method you prefer to be contacted by.

I will make sure to call you back as soon as possible, thank you for calling and have a great day!
/end

Basically I want to try to capture as much information as possible from the message they leave (if they leave one) but without droning on and on forever in my greeting. Can someone assist me with this please?

I think it sounds pretty good. Mine just says something about This is Stephanie Foret you've reached my voice mail leave a message.

You could also say something along the lines of leave a message or visit my web page at blahblahblah.com

and have an information capture page on the site
