Wholesaling with NMLS license
I am looking to start wholesaling with a realtor partner of mine, but I know that the NMLS and wholesaling in CA are both heavily regulated. I've already read that I cannot get a referral fee even if i get my real estate license becauseI have a NMLS license. Is anyone successfully wholesaling with a realtor partner while also holding a NMLS license?
