First Deal Stories
Just curious to hear some short stories and lessons learned by the BP community in regards to your first deal. What kind of deal was it? Owner/Occupy, Wholesale, Fix&Flip, etc.? How did you finance the deal? Would also like to hear the most valuable lessons you learned from this deal and subsequent 'just starting out' deals. Thanks to all in advance for your participation!
