100k and 815 credit score
I know similar topics have been posted. But I think my scenario is different because I have cash 100k plus and credit score of 815.
I have a job that keeps me busy and the bills paid. I have a couple of rental properties that pay for themselves and then some.
I'm located in the sacramento area in California.
What suggestion do you have for investing?

Sam S just so you know, you don't have to post your question to multiple forums.
TIP: Many people read the recently updated posts page which shows all new posts. If you post twice, you have 2x the places to check for answers and then your answers will be in two places!
