Hello! Question about my first BRRRR

Hello All! I am looking to purchase my first BRRRR, I am confused on how I go from a hard lender to a refinance. Do I find the bank in advance before I even buy the home to know the terms and to know how long I need to have the hard money loan? I'm sure this seems like a stupid question but I am new and am not sure!! I understand everything else outside of this particular question.

Thank you!!

@Stephanie Peterson Just shop around and find a good rate at that time. I'm continuing to work with my local credit union. Trying to develop that relationship to streamline future financing. Rates are low right now but 6 months from who knows!
