Interested in knowing NYC Rehab Costs!
Hi guys,
I'm a wholesaler. I'm wondering about how you calculate rehab costs in NYC $/sq ft? I know things are a little more expensive here. I know there are a lot of factors to consider but I'm just kind of wanting a rough idea. I have a property in Staten Island: 2bd 1 ba 1,000sq ft. This property needs exterior/interior paint, an updated kitchen, an updated bath, flooring throughout, and a new roof. Now I don't need the fanciest rehab necessarily but something modern. How much do you think that would cost $/sq ft? Again, a rough idea is all I'm looking for just so I know I'm on the right track.
