Land owner / Developer JV's
Hi all. New member here. Really enjoying the posts and articles so far. About to close on my first investment property. Land in the Austin area. I'm considering a JV with a developer who will build a SFH on the property then we spilt the profit once it sells. Anyone with experience in these kind of JV's or know of any examples. Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks.
