Forming LLC's and transferring property
Hi all. My brother and I own 3 properties and are looking to set up LLC's to transfer property out of our personal names to acquire more properties. We are out of Las Vegas and are looking for an attorney to help us get started if anybody has any recommendations. Thank you!
