Hello BiggerPockets! My partner and I are looking to get started in SFR real estate investing as a way to supplement our income. We reside in a high cost area and are looking to invest out of our home market. We have honed in on South Carolina as our area of interest, particularly the Charleston, Columbia, or Clemson areas.
