Spreadsheet for analyzing properties
Good evening all, I’m an active duty Navy gal who is approaching retirement and loving the possibilities that real estate investing may provide as an after service source of income. I’m in the research phase of the process and currently trying to best learn my market by analyzing many properties. Has anyone created one that you love? I’m not the best at them, so I figured if someone already had one that was working, perhaps you wouldn’t mind sharing? I’d be much appreciative. Thanks from an excel illiterate, but somehow functioning adult. -Kate
