Newbie wanting advice and offering time and sweat.
Hi All, I’m just starting out in the world of Real Estate Investment. Complete Newbie. I am however a seasoned sub contractor (over 20 years) specializing in custom works but well versed in all aspects of interior and exterior Carpentry. I’m currently aggressively educating my self trying to read at least 4 books a month while also driving for dollars and going to as many R.E.I meetups within a 65 mile radius of my home, which is in Sarasota Fl. I’m hoping I can be of help to the right R.E Investor in my area. Looking to build lasting friendships with people and maybe I’ll be lucky enough to meet the right person who will show me the ropes a little.
