I’m considering writing, either jointly or solely, an eBook to help generate leads for RE clients — I’m a licensed CA broker. 

I know ‘reading’ is perhaps a thing of the past for many clients. With that said, I wasn’t curious if anyone had successfully or unsuccessfully attempted this: any opinions would be appreciates.
