Real Estate Agent and Tax Professional
What's up everybody! I hope you're all making money. I'm a real estate agent, and a Tax Advisor for a wealth management firm. I'm anxious to get out and start wholesaling and investing in rental properties full time. From what I understand, if you don't have the funds to Fix and Flip yourself, wholesaling is a good place to start.
