New to BP and Real Estate :)
Hello!
Just an introduction :)
Name is Roman, I just started a new job as a loan analyst for a hard money lender. Excited to learn more about BRRRR and fix/flips for personal strategy (looking for a more long term strategy…but also excited to deal with some risk).
Job does commercial lending, so I'm learning the whole financing process. And excited to analyze deals and bring them to the firm to get potential origination fees ;). kinda on both sides of the aisle which I find cool!
