I'm a new investor from Cleveland, OH looking to create a small focused group (5-6) of investors who are like minded and in a similar situation. I've just stabilized my first rental property (Duplex) and my next goal is to take down a small commercial multi-family apartment. I'd like to assemble a small group that have similar goals to: 1. Share ideas/goals 2. Partner and pool resources 3. Network 4. Help one another to achieve our goals. I'd prefer the group consists of investors that already own a property or 2, looking to scale, and enjoy working with other people. I'd like to have an early morning in person meeting twice a month. My vision for these meetings are that we have an agenda and walk away with action items. Sorry, I was a college football coach in my previous professional life and I like efficient meetings!
