Rookie Investor - Looking to Network and Learn!
Hello again! For those who may not know, I'm Nik! I just recently joined BP after beginning to read several REI books and other podcasts. I am currently a full-time college student as of a couple years ago in Richardson, TX and am now gearing up to expand my knowledge into real estate investing. I am looking to build a portfolio of single family and small multifamily rental properties to increase cash flow. I would also love to learn more about larger 50+ unit multi-family properties. I'm planning on investing locally (Dallas/Fort Worth/North Texas) areas as of now and possibly remotely in the future, preferably around the Phoenix, Seattle, and Denver areas. I'd love to connect with current investors, real estate agents, local REIA's, and property managers from both the DFW and other areas to hear their perspectives on their REI journeys. Looking forward to supporting each other and reaching new heights!

@Nikolas Hamon, welcome to BP, I am an investor and agent here in the Greater Seattle area. I do Airbnbs, Travelling nurses, rent by room, and find creative way to create cash flow like finishing basements and ADUs
