Jacksonville Florida investors
Hi all! I am very new to trying to join this fascinating group of people and I am looking for some help. I am trying to acquire my parents house in Jacksonville Florida and I am hoping to find a local investor who might be able to help me figure out what to do with the property. I don't really have any experience yet and I'm not sure what the best approach to tackling this property would be. Their house needs a bit of work and we do have some equity in the property and I have some cash. I would like to meet with someone and talk about what our options could be.
