New investor, jumping in! Help?!
Hey y'all! My fiancé and I are set to close on our first SFR at the end of the month! We have been listening to BP and reading all the books, but now that it's time to put all that to work, we are at a complete loss. Where do we start?! How did y'all's first homes go? What questions do I even ask? Literally looking for any and all advice. Thanks in advance!!
