Is it worth getting your real estate license to house hack
Hey BP,
Was wondering if anyone here has gotten their real estate license to buy properties to house hack. I'm just getting started out, and was thinking I can pay off the fees associated with being an agent with the commission from house-hacks I buy, and that having a license would be useful for future investments.
