Hello, I am new to the world of investing in property and have now found a location I am interested in flipping/investing in. I am looking for resources at the moment to build up my Rolodex for contractors in Montgomery/Birmingham, AL.
At the moment I found a home that needs a new roof,bathroom, and kitchen renovation, and everything thing that comes with it.
We are ready to buy and looking to begin a project within the next few weeks.
Also, if anyone has recommendations on banks in Alabama, that would be great!
