HELOC-Best way to find one, what to look out for,questions to ask

Hello BP Family,

Curious how everyone goes about finding a good Heloc. Rates seems like the obvious thing to look at but what else should I be looking for or looking out for? What questions should I be asking?  Is their a reputable site where I can compare them? Which bank or credit union have you had good experiences at

The loan would be used to pay down high credit card debt and then after we get our finance in order we will use it to invest.
