Closed first Deal Yuma Arizona

Super excited to say that we have closed on our first investment property in Yuma Arizona! Purchased a SFR close to the Hospital with a separate structure in the back that will be turned into a ADU. It was a tough 45 day close, but we pulled it off. If anyone is looking for a super star Realtor in Yuma reach out to Christie Nicholson with The Realty Agency. She played a huge roll in this tough process and has a great deal of knowledge in investment properties. Another super star shout out goes to our Home Inspector.
