Most agents don't have a business plan, therefore, they don't treat their businesses it's a real business! GOT??? SOPs, Org charts, risk registry, company core values, roles, and procedures, etc...

You are absolutely right, and I should have given more educational feedback.

My goal is to get agents to think about this, so I created a sassy subject to get agents to look at it. I meant not to harm anyone's feelings since this is a complex business, and agents need to be ready for criticism.

I want to create awareness, and by doing this, hopefully, agents start thinking about it. Start with a business plan, then create your SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). Last, create your quarterly budget/goal, including a "monthly loss and profit sheet" so you do not get discouraged about one bad month, but always keep the end goal in mind. Can you tell us about your structure?
