Out of State investment.
Good Day!
I am Michael Echeverri, new in the BP community. I own a house in Puerto Rico and I'm currently living in New York. I was wondering if there is a way that I could get a Equity loan on that house to invest here in the states. I am interested in investing in Pennsylvania but I'm still figuring out the financing to start.
