Hey guys, I'm new to real estate investing. My budget isn't the highest, that's why I wanted to ask your opinion on investing in manufactured homes as rental properties.

We have found through many years the return on them is very lucrative . The land and utilities are key . Here in California that are great cheaper housing alternatives and so needed the aging population as well as affordable housing .
