New To Student Rentals! Needing TIps!
Hey there world! I am a 22 y/o investor living in Louisiana, who is looking to make passive income through student rentals. I am currently looking for a 3 to 4 bedroom, 2 bath house near the UL college campus, that I can live in for a year (with my family) using an FHA loan with 3.5% down which I plan to convert into student housing once my FHA year is up to create positive cashflow and help me start my investing journey! I would appreciate any tips on the market that I am in or about student rentals in general :)
