Looking to learn everything about RE syndication

Nick Thomas
Posted

Hi BP community! I would love your help connecting to someone to learn from. Not asking for anything in return outside of knowledge and willing to help out as trade to have the opportunity to learn everything there is to know about syndicating deals and how to operate as efficiently as possible.

I'm local to Chicago and have investments in Traverse City Michigan and will be closing on 4 duplexes in Milwaukee next month.

Thanks for any help or introductions that you may be willing to set up!

Nick

Hi @Nick Thomas. I agree with @Taylor L. that it’s premature to join a syndication mentoring group, but if you decide to do this, that could be a great route. I was part of a paid coaching program that was quite valuable in teaching me the syndication ropes.

In The meantime, there are some great books on this topic. One is by Joe Fairless and another one is by attorney Gene Trowbridge. you may also want to check out the real estate Syndication podcast with Whitney Sewell.

Good luck!
