Book Recommendation Request

I am wondering what book a seasoned investor would recommend for wholesale information, as well as any other books you would recommend for beginners. 

I have read ‘Rich dad, Poor dad’ and  BP-‘How to invest in real estate’. I also just started BP-‘Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat’.


I was a broker for 5 years, have been in  property management for almost 5 years. I am now wanting to purchase my first investment property within 12 months time.
