Short Term rental with Swimming Pool
I have an opportunity to purchase a property with an in ground pool. Aside of the pool service and potential issues with the pool itself- is there anything that I should be considering here?

The other potential issue that you face is the ability to make a lot of extra $$$$ lol. Pool homes here go for a premium, and also get chosen first! Definitely make sure your insurance policy is rock solid and you should be good!
