First rental propert
Hey Everyone!
I purchased a house for $79,000. Fixed it up and it is now worth $140,000
I have been contemplating getting in the real estate business for rentals.
The mortgage on the house is $500, and I will charge $1200 for rent.
Is this a good investment to rent or sell?
