Hi Ricky, welcome! Don't get discouraged, good deals are not easy to find nowadays anywhere! Compared to the bay area, you can find almost or actually cash flow rentals in this area much easier, and compare to some mid west regions, you can find more appreciation in this area. I have heard success stories of STRs in this area so there's still hope!
