Pensacola Florida House Flipping
Good morning, I am seeking help/network of people as a first time investor in the pensacola area. I have experience in sales, project management, and home restoration. Would greatly appreciate any help available or would be more then willing to assist any one in the area in any way possible to gain more knowledge and experience. @Blake Berryman I am also just starting out investing in real-estate in the Pensacola area. I purchased a LTR in August but looking to add more..perhaps MFR if I can find it. I have been avoiding deals that need much work because I just don't have the time to do it myself and contractors are very difficult to find right now. However, I have started to look at properties needing work recently since I just can't seem to find any available deals that are ready to rent. Would love to network with you or just compare goals, etc.
