Best locations to start investing

Evan Fraser
Posted

Hello everybody! I’m a first time investor looking to get some skin in the game, I would like to have some pointers or suggestions on good locations to invest in. I am most likely going to start Out in a C Class or working class type neighborhood. I know a lot of investors invest in those class neighborhoods and I was wondering where you’ve had the best luck and maybe some cities or areas to avoid completely. And also, I’m open to any state that his landlord friendly. Thanks so much and looking forward to your opinions and discussions.

Huntsville AL is a great area to invest in and is landlord friendly. We are ranked in the top 15 for most affordable places to live and recently we have grown to be the biggest city in Alabama by population. Also, we have tremendous job growth in the area that should keep our housing market strong! If you'd like to talk more in depth about investing here, inbox me!
