Long Distance Business Management

I am active duty military.  I have an opportunity to purchase a drive-thru coffee stand.  It's a pretty good opportunity.  Unfortunately, I transfer out of state in December.  Does anyone know if it's possible to find a business manager to manage the coffee stand while I'm stationed abroad?
