Narrowing down neighborhoods to research

Hi everyone,

I am looking to invest out of state and was wondering if anyone could recommend any good websites or what their methods are for narrowing down potential neighborhoods for investment.  I have narrowed down my search to a few cities but am now having trouble looking at potential neighborhoods and could use any advice on moving forward.
