Wholesaling partnership question

Farrah Cosby
Posted

Hey y’all!

I’m starting a wholesaling company with a friend of mine who also is very heavily interested and educated in real estate. We’re in the formation process and are looking to scale quickly based on our resources and knowledge. We plan to automate with systems and virtual assistants so primarily we will be managing the workflow and converting warm leads to closed deals in various markets.

My question for y’all is - how do you all typically handle the dispersement of closed deals? We have aligned on the fact of a portion being put aside for expenses first but are trying to figure out how other companies handle splitting the rest of the profits?

In order words, does 1 partner take the money from their market or their closed deals only and Vice versa or do most of you split 50/50 on all deals and focus on volume of deals? Thank you!
