Canton, MA condo hacking
Thinking about buying a 2 bedroom condo in Canton Center within walking distance of the two commuter rail stations. I'm single and would live there and would like to rent out the other bedroom. Does anyone know about the current rental market in Canton for roommate share situations (how much rent $) or just how much I could get to rent the whole 2 bedroom condo ? Is it much harder to find renters in the suburbs compared to in the city of Boston ?
