Eviction (30 days to vacate)

Hello BP. I just closed on my first 4 plex in Ohio. 2 days ago. Yay!🥳 Here's the particulars for this question.

The units are fully rented but all are on month to month at this point. I need to move my father into one of the units. I have identified the problem tenant one late and one returned payment and she seems to not get along very well with the other tenants. She is on section 8 (do I have to keep section 8? Hmmm🤔) Rent is due on the first. I want her out as soon as possible. What is the best way to go about this?

The best advice you'll get on this is to find an eviction lawyer. Don't go cheap, get someone experienced and do everything by the book.
