Wholesaling NY- Need Closing Attorney
Hi everyone,
I am a licensed realtor on Long Island and new to wholesaling. My priMary focus is on probate deals and Prior to getting a home under contract I would like to have an attorney review the purchase agreement I have. I’ve started calling some attorneys and I know that not all of them understand wholesaling so I haven’t had any luck, but I would love some recommendations for an investor friendly attorney on Long Island preferably in the Suffolk County area you can help me review wholesaling and assignment contracts.
