Farmington, NM market?

Question

Hey BP fam, does anyone have experience with rental properties in Farmington, NM or a pulse on the market there? I'm located in Durango, CO nearby, and would be interested in purchasing a single family home to rent out. Any tales on cash flow, market stability, etc. for Farmington? Thanks in advance!

Hi @Joe DeFever, my wife and I invest in Farmington and live here in Durango as well. We have had great success investing down there for cashflow. We have also completed a BRRRR and have recently put two more properties under contract for our next BRRRR's. We get a lot of leads from our marketing and have great success.
