How can I buy a property with 25k ?

Hey Everyone, 

I’m new to real estate investing and I’m looking to buy my first investment property in PA . Preferably a multi family for house hacking. I’m 22 and I have 25k-30k saved up and I have a credit score of 700+. I just starting my new job, so it’s a month of work history so far. What options do I have to get started ? But also what is the best way to get started for someone in my circumstance.
