Joe McCall training - worth it?

I just finished Joe's "Partner With Joe" training, and am very impressed with Gavin and him.  I am strongly considering taking the next step, where their team will set everything up for me, get me in their private Facebook group, and include me in daily training calls.

I've read some negative reviews on here, which I find very difficult to believe, as I've been listening to Joe's podcasts for over a year, and believe he will be in it for me.  My experience has been that non-doer's blame everyone else, but I'll really appreciate additional opinions.

The training is not cheap ($8000), but I've spent more in the past on programs that really didn't work, and am willing if I hear enough positive feedback here.

Thanks - Paul

     Hello Paul,

In Your post above it appears you already made up your mind and don’t want to hear what anybody says and then you turn right around at the end and say basically that you need a few more positive remarks from here. If $8000 is no big deal for you then I’m not sure what the issue is. I do not want to badmouth Joe McCall, I have never used him. Is that the niche you are wanting to focus on? If I remember Joe specializes in Assignments of lease option agreements for a fee unless he has changed his model since I last checked him out years ago. If that is the niche you want to do then get after it. It sounded like a whole Lotta work to me whereas you would not actually owing the real estate simply making money off the sale in your contract. Again if that is what floats your boat and that is what he teaches the best I can tell.

if the idea is lease option assigments I could not think of a thinner niche .. well maybe tax sale overages..  in todays market there simply is no need to sell a property on a lease/option agreement  although I see it done with some of my clients but there is no premium be established for those.  but maybe I am missing something
